Totas will integrate aqueous processing and products under the new unified brand name “OCEANOS” which comes from “OCEANUS” the god of water in Greek mythlogy “OCEANOS''.

The surface of chloroprene rubber is coated with aqueous chloroprene liquid.

In addition, it is possible to paint on this surface using OCEANOS WATER INK.

We’ve made a bond for cross-sectional adhesion between chloroprene rubbers, based on aqueous chloroprene liquid.
OCEANOS WATER LAMINATE
At our company, we use aqueous bond to bond chloroprene and jersey together. It has no odor and can be safely stored in a warehouse.
Of course, we can also accept requests for processing using conventional methods (organic solvents), however we are promoting to shift to water-based processing, which is more sustainable in the future and less risky on worker’s health.
